As Lead Teacher, my job is to support our teachers in whatever way possible in order to help our students excel, whether that be through team meetings, planning and curriculum support, help with RTI, the introduction of new instructional strategies, testing support, or simply encouragement. I work closely in collaboration with teachers in order to ensure that students' needs are being met, instruction is driven by the condition of the standard, students are understanding what success looks like, and that the environments at our school are positive and conducive to learning.
